What a nose!
This is what I picked up from school last Friday. Ouch! He was so excited to tell teacher Maureen that he went swimming that he fell face first down the hill. Running of course! Is it strange the school didn't call me? Do school's call parents for minor bumps and bruises? Just glad there were no broken bones. Knock on wood cause I know they are coming.

Wow, that is some awful nose mess. Is it strange the school didn't call you? I don't know. I just know if that kind of injury happened to one of my girls, they'd have to call me, just to get the screaming to stop. But clearly Orion just rolls with the punches, or nose scrapes in this case.
Speak with the Head Person, very Firmly.
You are willing to be on call to assess other children's injuries, too. (Lucky you.) Be very firm.
Poor little Nose! The school did not call me when Oli got a similar scrape on her head. It seemed pretty superficial but half a year later there is quite a scar on her little forehead. Seems they only call when other children are in danger of getting sick or some such.
